All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in these specifications. Bids which are not submitted on such form may be rejected.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
