Mrs. Burrows’ 7th Grade Honors Math class is exploring theoretical vs. experimental probability by playing Wiffleball. Students use statistics to draft their ideal Wiffleball. Then, they roll dice to simulate a Wiffleball game and track their experimental probability of getting a hit. After crowning the Greatest Champion in the History of Math Project Wiffleball, students compare their theoretical and experimental probability to decide if their choices paid off.
