This year, all students at Westampton Middle School have the opportunity to stay after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays to work on homework in a relaxed, organized atmosphere away from outside distractions. The flexibility of the club allows students to attend on an as needed basis. Students begin with a snack while prioritizing assignments for the afternoon. Students receive help when the need arises and are encouraged to stay to work on projects - materials are supplied. Students can even use the time to study with Ms. Perry or a classmate.
To participate, students simply need to fill out a one-time permission slip and sign up for the after school bus on each chosen day. Any questions can be directed to Ms. Perry, the club’s advisor. So, if work completion is a struggle, if your grades are declining, or if you just want a quiet place to work, come on out and give Homework Club a shot!
