bowling

Mrs. Ziegler and Ms. Gambino’s 4th and 5th graders joined together to become math bowling champions. Room 24 was transformed into a bowling alley for the day, allowing the students to practice their math skills while getting to experience bowling fun at the same time! This was a fun way to review our newly learned strategies used for adding, subtracting, and multiplying multi-digit numbers, as well as solving real-world word problems. The students had a fantastic time finding and solving their math challenge problems, earning themselves a chance to take on the pins. Each child had a bowling scorecard they used to determine who was the ultimate bowling champion!
