Ms. O’Connor’s 4th Graders recently got a sweet treat in the form of a math bakery! Each student was dressed as a chef and had to use baking tools to manipulate and solve their math problems. This was a fun way to review our newly learned strategies used for determining the factors and multiples of a number as well as multi-digit multiplication. The students had a fantastic time rotating through the four bakery stations, where they had to prepare cupcakes, cookies, cake, and icing!
