Free/Reduced Lunch Application
Greetings! We are please to inform you that Westampton Township Public Schools will be providing free meals for all students during the 2021-2022 academic school year. Even though the district is providing free meals, the Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals is still used to determine eligibility for P-EBT benefits. We encourage you to complete the application to see if you qualify for these benefits.
Please read the Letter to Parent, and Application Instructions before completing the Application and Sharing Information form.
Unless you already receive SNAP/TANF benefits from the state of NJ, you MUST re-apply for income-based benefits each year. If you do not re-apply, you will not be submitted to the State of NJ for P-EBT benefit eligibility.
Please fill ONE application for all children attending Westampton Twp Schools. You can list each child in Step 1.
If you have children who attend Rancocas Valley High School, you will need to complete one application for Westampton and one application for RVHS. The information should be the same for both schools.
Please make sure Step 1 through 4 are completed, signed and the completed form is emailed to: email@example.com.
They can be also be dropped off at the main office at Holly Hills Elementary - Attn: Natasha Harper.
You will receive notification of eligibility via email if you submit an application.
